General Information
The objective of the International Conference on Power Systems Transients is to
provide a forum for the exchange of scientific and technical information related
to electromagnetic transients in electric power systems. The working language, including all printed materials, is English.
Host and Location
The conference was hosted by the Engineering Professional Programs of the University of Washington in
Seattle. It was held at the Red Lion Hotel in Bellevue, Washington.
Technical Program Summary
The technical program included 23 sessions including 74 papers, and representing 24 countries.
