IPST '99

General Information

The objective of the International Conference on Power Systems Transients is to provide a forum for the exchange of scientific and technical information related to electromagnetic transients in electric power systems. Contributions to IPST are sought on all topics related to the study of transient phenomena in power systems. This includes, but is not limited to, computer simulations, transient network analyzer studies, and field measurements. The working language, including all printed materials, is English.

Host and Location

The IPST '99 conference was hosted by the Technical University of Budapest. It was held at the Thermal Hotel Hélia Budapest, Hungary on June 20-24, 1999.

Technical Program Summary

The technical program included 27 sessions including 110 papers, and representating 33 countries.
